Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. of Highland, IL is looking for someone to join our accounting department team! Founded in 1958, K & L is a family-owned general contractor/design-build/construction management company.

Accounts Payable Clerk (entry level)

12-16 hours per week with future potential for more. Scheduling flexibility on days worked.

Responsibilities include:

• Data Entry
• Filing
• Processing Weekly Payments

Specifically:

• Code and enter invoices and job costs
• Reconcile accounts
• Process supplier and subcontractor payments
• Copy and file invoices and payment documents
• Update purchase orders and job costs

College degree is not required; however, office experience is a plus. Position will include on the job training.

$15 an hour
