Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc., completed a five-month commercial renovation and addition which expands the sales offices and showroom for Tri Ford, Inc., in Highland, Illinois. The design-build renovation required significant demolition and reconstruction to be performed while the current operation of sales, management, and automobile repair services remained open.

All sales and management offices were demolished and re-built, as well as the parts department and service counter. The main showroom floor now boasts a larger floor plan with a 14-foot tall ceiling with floor-to-ceiling glass panes. The new customer service vehicle entry provides indoor drop-off of cars for service and repairs. The parts mezzanine was renovated, and the service floor was resurfaced with an epoxy coating. K&L also regraded and resurfaced the north entrance and driveway and installed a new storm water drainage system.
