In December of 1999 Korte & Luitjohan was retained by Southwestern Illinois Health Ventures, Inc. to build a new Y.M.C.A recreational and fitness center in O’Fallon, Illinois.   Korte & Luitjohan coordinated the work of over thirty subs and suppliers to bring this project in on time and within budget.

The new recreational center has an Olympic sized  swimming pool on one end of the building and an aerobics room and basketball court on the other end.
