In January of 2005, Korte & Luitjohan Contractors completed the construction a new office building for Beatty-Motil Attorneys.

The building consists of two levels.  The main level has ten-foot ceilings with an oak trim package in the foyer, waiting room and conference room.  The lower level, which can be accessed by either stairs or elevator, is slated for future expansion.

Due to a steep sloping site, the landscaping consists of a three-step retaining wall to accommodate additional parking.
